First of all, thanks for taking care of our new house and standing behind the craftsmanship during the "break in" period. It's great to know if we have any issues, you're still there ready to make it right. Like everyone who's visited our home, I think it's a masterpiece. It's the most interesting and nicest place I've ever lived. This was the third home I looked at in Baltimore and after seeing it, every other property was compared to it. There never really was any other house I wanted to live in and pretty much knew from that first visit, this would be our new home. Brian, you thought of everything. From the pre-installed surround sound in the living room to the alarm system for to the home communication network, the rooftop deck with marble countertop, speakers and the gas line for our barbeque. I could go on and on. This is the only home I've ever seen with so many life-enhancing features.

Brian McCloskey the owner of the McCloskey Group performed a total rehab on my house located at 935 South Clinton. It was a tedious project since all the work done had to meet Baltimore City's historic requirements.

Mr. McCloskey kept the exterior of the property clean through the complete project and met all codes associated with the Baltimore City inspectors. In my mind he exceeded Baltimore's requirements. If I were to do another home in Canton or any other area, I would have no reservation in using the McCloskey Group again for the complete project.
